CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• All requests to reschedule your meals will be accepted only if they are made till
preparation time through the app/website.
• In the unlikely event that your order is delivered too late or the food that has been
delivered is flagged for quality issues by a majority of Foodiepo customers, you will
be compensated with a complimentary meal from Foodiepo, no refunds!
• If Food Arrived with Spoiled Packing, Stale Food. we will provide you with refund
on a pro rata basis i.e., you will be refunded based on the number of meals you have
consumed. This policy is effective from
